Ingredients

 

- 5 slices bread

 

- 1 tablespoon cinnamon

 

- 3 eggs

 

- 1/2 cup milk or almond milk

 

- 1 cup California strawberries

 

- Haagen-Dazs Ice cream

  (if desired)

 

- Whipped cream

  (if desired)

Instructions

 

 - In a medium bowl, add 3 eggs, 1 tablespoons of cinnamon and 1/2 cup of milk.

 

- Using a whisk or fork, whisk everything together until fully combined.

 

- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture and fully coat.

 

- After eat piece of bread is coated, tear the bread into tiny pieces and place in a microwave-safe bowl.

 

- Microwave the bread for 1 minute, then an additional 40 seconds.  Time may vary depending on   your microwave.

 

- Remove from the microwave.

 

- Wash and slice strawberries and place over your French toast. - Add whipped cream and ice cream             if desired.
