Chocolate Lava Cake

Ingredients
Edy’s Ice Cream or Delicioso Gelato
Nabisco Double Stuffed Oreos
(if desired)
1 box of Loretta Chocolate Cake Mix
1/3 Cup water
1/2 Cup of Delicioso Vegetable Oil
Wonderful Pistachios (if desired)
Fruit of choice
3 large eggs
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, add the cake mix, water,
vegetable oil, and eggs.
Using a whisk or fork, whisk together until smooth.
Using butter or non-stick cooking spray, grease
the bottom of a cupcake pan.
Pour the cake batter into each cup so that each is
filled about 3/4 of the way.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Let the cakes cool in the cupcake pan. Once
cooled, carefully remove the cakes.
Top with ice cream.
If desired, top with fruit of choice, crumbled Oreos, or pistachios.
Store cakes in the refrigerator for a few days, or in the freezer for a few months.
