Cherry Peach Crumble

Ingredients
2 cups Washington State Bing cherries
4 Fresh Eastern peaches
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon + 1/4 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
12 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
Turkey Hill Ice cream or Delicioso Gelato (if desired)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
Wash 2 cups of cherries and 4 peaches.
Remove the pits from the cherries and set aside.
Peel and thinly slice the peaches and set aside.
Place the pitted cherries and sliced peaches in a 9x12 inch baking dish.
In a medium sized bowl, add 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, 1/2 teaspoon
salt, and a dash of cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
Pour over the cherries and peaches and toss until the fruit is completed covered.
Cut 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter into small cubes.
Sprinkle the cubed butter in the baking dish.
In a medium sized bowl, combine 1 1/2 cup oats, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup flour,
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Stir until well combines.
After 8 tablespoons of unsalted butter have softened, add it to the oat mixture.
Use your hands to crumble and incorporate in the butter.
Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the fruit.
Bake for about 40 minutes, until the top looks golden brown.
Serve with ice cream if desired.
