Jumbo Haas Avocado
Firm Ripe Jumbo Plum Tomato
Sugardale bacon
Mikes BBQ Sauce (if desired)
Martins Butter Bread or Pepperidge
Farm Italian Bread
Cracker Barrel Sharp cheddar cheese
Cracker Barrel Monterey Jack cheese
Butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Directions:
Heat a medium skillet on the stove,
over medium-low heat.
Add slices of uncooked bacon to the
skillet and cook until crispy and brown.
While the bacon is cooking, slice the tomato and set aside.
Taking two slices of bread, spread butter on one side of each slice.
Place one slice of cheddar cheese and one slice on Monterey Jack cheese on each
slice of bread, making sure to put them on the side of bread that is not covered in
butter.
Place slices of tomato and cooked bacon on one side of the sandwich.
Put sandwich together and place in skillet.
Cook for about 3 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 3 minutes.
Continue to cook until the cheese has melted and is cooked to your liking.
Enjoy with avocado or Mikes BBQ sauce if desired.
